Reporting to the Production Stage Manager, you will be required to:

• Capture all relevant production images across all rehearsal venues;

• Work closely with the Production Stage Manager and the Assistant Director to determine the important moments to film;

• Work closely with the creative team and acrobatic coaches to determine their filming needs;

• Manage the video equipment and set it up in the rehearsal spaces;

• Edit the images recorded in the “best of” videos, according to the requests made by production;

• 根据制作组的要求编辑***的视频录像;

• Create and distribute videos and/or DVDs with menus and chapters to provide the creation team with the images needed for the work to progress;

• 创立并分发视频和/或DVD里含有菜单和章节来提供创意团队在进展中所需要的录制影像.

• Prepare/convert videos and put them online so they can be shared with creative team;

• 准备/转换视频并将其播放在线以便与创意组共享.

• Change the video formats (e.g. from wmv, mpeg or qtl to mov) to incorporate images from elsewhere (China, Russia), thereby making these images accessible to the team;

• 将视频格式（如从wmv, mpeg或gtl 更改为mov）以便合并来自其他地方（中国, 俄罗斯）的录像;

• Organize, file and label audiovisual documents;

• 组织, 存档和标记视听文件;

• Create a log for the archives;

• 为存档设立一本日志;

• Manage the loaning of copies;

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written

• 流利的普通话和英语,包括口语和书面语

• Education or training in audiovisuals, sound design, video editing or multimedia;

• 有受过视听,音响设计, 视频编辑或多媒体方面的教育或训练;

• Two to four years’ relevant experience;

• 具有两年到四年相关的经验;

• Good knowledge of video editing software;

• 熟悉视频编辑的软件;

• Knowledge of audiovisual supports and equipment;

• Excellent interpersonal skills;

• 出色的人际交往能力;

• Work organization skills;

• Self-reliance, initiative and creativity;
