Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Video Production Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Position Overview: Provide video production services as part of Eaton’s enterprise marketing communications team, including recording, editing and production of digital video and audio media projects. Support Eaton's global businesses and corporate functions with creative and engaging audio/video content to maximize effective communications for both internal and external audiences. In this function you will: Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to help them meet their video and audio production needs. Pursue continuous improvement of the quality of Eaton’s video productions, producing internally developed videos that are equally as creative and compelling as those that are outsourced. Adhere to standards and guidelines regarding the preparation and production of brand compliant and effective videos and other multimedia communications and helps drive best practices for video and audio production across the enterprise. Create self-help video production tools, assets, content and other resources that enable development of quality self-directed, on-brand videos locally/regionally by the businesses. Produce and edit video/audio for customer and other external audiences, as well as managing internal projects as needed (ie., executive messaging, interviews, podcasts, etc.) according to Eaton standards. Support the management of enterprise online video platform, translation and subtitling of videos for distribution worldwide. Assist in the maintenance of all AV hardware used for corporate events and in the production video studio. Assist as needed in the production of corporate events and visual presentations (video, webcasts and other multimedia) and the programming/delivery for Eaton’s senior leadership or business group leaders on individual programs and for key events. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in video production, editing, or related field 1+ years in video, audio, or AV production field No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred qualifications: Video and audio recording and production using the Adobe Creative Cloud tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and FrameIO. Posting of streaming content to distribution platforms such as Brightcove and O365 applications. Live event production including staging, lighting, sound and video. Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm towards multitasking, dealing with ambiguity and working in a matrixed environment.
