职位描述:
1. Handle cases from our users or content reviewers;负责审核印地语，泰米尔语等语种的短视频内容是否违规；
2. Handle reporting cases from our users；负责处理印地语，泰米尔语等语种的短视频用户举报；
3.Review the quality datas of our vendor to increase the accuracy, providing policy training to our vendor and overseas staffs.负责印地语，泰米尔语等短视频内容抽检、复审，以及海外员工的政策培训；
4. In charge of the translations of moderation policy and rules;负责印地语，泰米尔语等内容审核标准翻译；
5. Ad hoc assignments from leaders；负责完成直属领导交办的其他工作。
职位要求:
1.Be detail-oriented, trustful, and a good team player; 关注细节，能很好地进行团队合作；
2.Be sensitive about current events;熟悉当地文化媒体行业状况；
3.Be enthusiastic about video-related jobs;关注互联网和新媒体/短视频行业，有相关背景优先；
4.Bachelor degree and above, major in Journalism/media will be a plus; 本科及以上学历，新闻/媒体等专业优先
5. Fluent in reading&listening for the language above as well as English, Mandarin workable will be a plus.能用泰米尔语/印地语进行工作，同时能熟练掌握英语、中文者优先。
