What You’ll Do:
The DCG Services Video Production Team wants someone with the skills, attitude
and desire to deliver outstanding and creative video productions. This person
should possess a passion to deliver creative solutions while ensuring client
satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate with advanced technical knowledge
of professional production software; including Premiere, Photoshop, and After
Effects. Also advanced proficiency in motion graphics. The ability to
troubleshoot and remedy problems as they arise as well as a passion for
editing and producing high-quality videos. Lastly, this person needs to
balance new innovative ideas with a strong production aesthetic. In other
words, super creative yet practical.

Expectations:
• Extensive hands on experience with all aspects of video production, UX
design, and content development
• Uses a wide range of up to date high end skills and gives projects an
entertaining edge
• As a producer has delivered technology videos, commercials, fundraising
videos, and videos for YouTube or social media outlets
• Uses skills in needs assessment, script writing, location scouting,
lighting, sound recording, photography, graphics, 3D animation, audio mixing,
encoding and publishing
• Ability to manage, implement, drive, and track projects in a deadline driven
environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain harmonious working
relationships with co-workers and clients

Our team consist of instructors, technical writers, media specialists, and
enhanced content developers focused on delivery methods that display real
world scenarios via simulation and product demonstration. This team has access
to an education lab full of server hardware, studio equipment
(video/audio/photo), a classroom, and software needed to develop content we
produce.

The product families associated within our enterprise segment are ThinkServer,
System x, BladeCenter, PureFlex, cluster (iDataPlex, NeXtScale, Linux
Clusters), storage, and networking. To be successful in this role, you must be
able to manage initiatives while developing relationships with peers across
functions and outside of the organization.

#### Position Requirements:


Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with Production Software (Adobe Premiere, After
Effects, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Final Cut, Pinnacle,
Articulate)
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Smart Sheet, Adobe Creative
Cloud, eMeeting software (WebEx, Skype for Business, GoToMeeting, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with Non Linear Editors (Adobe CC Premiere and After
Effects, Vegas, Camtasia, Video Cube, Media 100)
• 2+ years of experience with Interactive Development (Captivate, Storyline,
Articulate Studio - Engage, Quiz Maker, and so on)

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience working in-house for a corporate organization,
preferably within the technical industry
• experience producing content in an educational format
