Responsible for the establishment and operation management of the Vietnamese team
Responsible for the normal operation of the project in Vietnam, and maintain smooth communication with the domestic project team, promote MIL, and ensure the smooth progress of the project;
Responsible for the maintenance of relationship with Vietnamese customers; actively respond to any customer's demand information (within 8 hours) to ensure timely execution;
Follow up the results and problems of the test phase of the project, coordinate the Vietnamese and domestic project team members to optimize and improve in time to ensure successful acceptance.
Resource planning, allocation and budget management for all projects in Vietnam;
Participate in and assist with planning, testing and debugging of project software
Regularly summarize the operations of the Vietnamese team
