• Responsible for the overall planning and construction of the Group IT system, citing advanced IT tools, methods, and technology applications, establishing a sustainable information management system, promoting the company's digital transformation, and aligning with the Group's strategic goals ;
• Integrate, optimize, maintain and continuously develop company's existing system resources (such as ERP, Financial Software System, HR System and EMS Production Management System Software)
• Ensure the security, availability, and stability of the day-to-day operational management of the company's IT infrastructure (software systems, data centres, networks, equipment, security, etc.) to meet system service level requirements;
• Take the lead in continuously optimising and docking of information system and desktop operation
• Be the driving force in team building and IT technical team management, including professional training, technical guidance, professional training, and performance evaluation
• Develop IT annual target and budget management, take charge of all IT projects

• Bachelor/Master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Sciences, IT, Information Systems, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system (E RP) analysis and design, security management, and infrastructure management, more than 05 years working as an IT manager (or above) in a manufacturing site
• Proficient in JAVA or C / C ++ or PHP and other languages, solid experience in ERP system project, network planning, IT infrastructure management, development and management;
• Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Sharp analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Excellent presentation, communication and coordination skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Overseas work experience is a plus
