This is a strategic finance role reporting directly to the Intel Vietnam Site CFO. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and help drive site-wide strategic initiatives, partnering with multiple departments including internal Finance (Trade, Accounting, Operations Finance) as well as Operations Partners (Public Affairs, the Site GM's Office, Ops). The role will also serve as the chief of staff for the Vietnam Finance management team, driving OKRs development/tracking and owning the staff agenda setting. Job Description: - Key member of the management team providing business partnership and financial analysis leading to actionable insights for site-wide initiatives. - Partners with site management to drive strategic plans and objectives across the organization external to factory operations - Master Development Agreement (MDA) execution and support - Drive Ease of Doing Business playbook with Public Affairs - Help to set priorities and goals for the team, getting results across org boundaries - Work the Site GM Office on strategic initiatives - Set Finance staff agenda, OKRs, Awards, and Extended Staff agenda - Support external government meetings as needed. - Presentations prep for CFO and other regional projects The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: - Detail oriented and effective communication (in English) skills necessary. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - High tolerance for ambiguity and self-starter. - Proven influence and strategic thinking capabilities. - Experienced in project delivery environment, including but not limited to cross-function projects, organizational and people management, stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field (or MBA). - Previous Finance Experience Desired. - 2 -10 years of relevant experience.
