Curriculum Development & Instruction:
1. Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based music lessons for students from K0 to G6, incorporating IB PYP principles, including:
(1) International-mindedness—promoting global perspectives and appreciation of diverse musical traditions.
(2) Approaches to Teaching and Learning (ATL)—developing thinking, research, communication, social, and self-management skills through musical inquiry and performance.
(3) The IB Learner Profile—encouraging students to be inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, risk-takers, principled, open-minded, caring, balanced, and reflective.
(4) A broad and balanced connected curriculum—integrating music into transdisciplinary themes to enhance learning across subject areas.
2. Develop hands-on, performance-based, and creative learning experiences that encourage students' musical expression, composition, and appreciation.
3. Utilize a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB PYP setting.
2. Experience in designing and delivering inquiry-based, performance-based music lessons.
3. Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an engaging learning environment.
4. Proficiency in vocal and instrumental instruction, with experience in leading school performances.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
