Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire visa application process, from preliminary case study, to advising on documentation, communicating with applicants and immigration officers, and achieving visa approval
• Provide accurate and timely information and guidance on all visa cases
• Manage enquiries from the immigration department
• Provide timely and informative updates to applicants
• Manage a demanding visa schedule and timeline, closely following up with relevant parties to obtain required information and documents  
• Regularly present visa status and updates to management in an efficient and effective manner

Skills & Experiences Required:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Hong Kong visa application (employment visa, IANG visa, change of visa sponsorship and training visa)
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Cantonese
• Exceptional attention to detail, impeccable sense of accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience as an Immigration officer of HKSAR is highly preferred
