Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for Comau vision application development, including the vision hardware selection such as camera, lens, light etc... for different application scenarios, and also responsible for the software development for all kinds of vision applications;

• Responsible for specific typical vision application system development, such as vision guiding pick-up, vision error proofing

• Support internal or supplier’s vision engineers to solve application problems.

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

• Minimum of 4years of related experience in vision system;
  

• Familiar with Cognex/Keynce/Sick etc…vision cameras application and development;

• Solutions experience which involve precise positioning and measurement, inspection, barcode readers, robot guidance;
  

• Solution experience for binocular camera application;

• algorithm developments, Image processing, image segmentation, feature extraction, morphology, edge detection, template matching, OCR/OCV, etc;

• 3D reconstruction ,3D detection;

• Has process knowledge or experience for: VisionPro/Halcon/OpenCV/OpenGL or similar, Active Alignment Technology is an added advantage.
