Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson (Hong Kong) Ltd (Vision) is recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst, located in Mong Kok.

This position will manage daily Supply Chain operations in Hong Kong including but not limited to: inventory planning, order management, communication and management of 3PL for order processing, and acting as a liaison with commercial team to ensure smooth day to day order fulfilment. She/he will also be involved in project management to driving process and cost improvements in line with J&J Vision Deliver Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with 3PL to facilitate smooth warehouse and distribution operation
• Work closely with call center to ensure accurate order entry, timely problem solving and timely communication between call centre, 3PL and commercial team
• Assist in inventory management and supply planning
• Assist in planning of repackaging activities
• Handle payment process for supply chain related activities.
• Perform Monthly KPI analysis and other supply chain report
• Follow the procedures and work aids and compliance to the quality requirement in daily operation
• Report any significant quality issues as per franchise escalation requirement;
• Escalation contact for Customer Relationship if applicable;
• Participation in product field action process.
• Perform other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines

• 1 to 2 years experience in supply chain or warehouse management.

Required:

• Proficient in MS Excel functions such as Pivot table, Vlookup, etc
• High proficiency of English and Cantonese communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with ambition to grow and develop.
• Can work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime

Preferred:

• Has experience in FMCG industry preferred
• SAP or other ERP experience preferred

Other:

• Candidate with knowledge in VBA will be an advantage
