Requirements:
Hold a Master’s degree or above in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Medicine or other closely related disciplines; PhD holders are highly preferred.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of formal university-level teaching experience in nursing-related curricula, with on-campus classroom teaching experience prioritized.
Demonstrated robust capabilities in classroom administration and order management.
Candidates with excellent communication proficiency and an interactive, engaging pedagogical approach will be given priority consideration.
Doctoral degree holders are strongly preferred.
Preference will be extended to applicants who can identify the learning traits of students from diverse cultural backgrounds and dynamically adapt teaching methodologies accordingly.
