Daily Responsibilities:

• Design window display on marketing objectives and seasonal themes.

• Explore solutions for structure and materials.

• Support senior designer to bring ideas to life in a precise and concise way.

• Improve window design guidelines for better execution control.

• Work with cross-function team on all instore & communication needs.

• Effort of delivering a clear tone of voice to the HSCC consumer across CHINA.

Competencies:

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the international fashion retail.

• Design filed.

• Passion for retail/design.

• Positive attitude & team work spirit.

• Highly self-motivated, with sharp attention to retails.

• Good communication skills (written and spoken).

• Good sense and taste of fashion and retail.

• Have strong brand awareness.

• Ability to work under pressure & tight timely.

• Proficient in related software: Photoshop, Illustrator, In design.
