Position: Visual Merchandiser

Reports to: Asia Merchandising and Retail Coordination Manager

Location: Shanghai Office

Responsibilities:

• VM reports coordination for all Asia stores
• Window installation and coordination for all Asia stores
• Store VM display on-site assistance initially for Mainland China stores
• Store seasonal display planning for Asia stores
• VM related issue management (including VM props order, inventory, etc.)
• Communication with Asia stores as well as Global VM in-charge
• Special event VM support
• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements：

• Education: bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• IT knowledge and application; graphic design capability
• Elegant (good looking, well cared figure, no distinguishing mark (tattoo,...), well-balanced body language)
• 3-5 years VM experience of luxury Brands or Fashion brand
• Excellent relation skills (empathy, communication, good speech skill, pragmatism)
• Planning
• High level of creativity
• Positive attitude and good energy
• Must be able to have flexibility under scrutiny and open to constructive feedback
