• Work with Marketing Manager and IT Programmer to optimize brands official site user flow, function, UV, PV.

  与数字营销经理和程序开发人员一起优化客户官方网站的浏览量及浏览深度。

• Responsible for all official website page updates 负责所有官方网站页面的更新和维护。

• Other design work related to official website briefed by digital brand manager 其他由品牌经理分配的、涉及客户官网的设计工作。

  
  

• Social media platforms 社交媒体平台

• Work with marketing team to plan monthly social content for clients. 与市场部门合作为客户计划每月的社交媒体内容。

• Responsible for graphic design of social media content according to monthly social media content plan. 根据每月社交媒体内容的计划，配合完成相应的视觉设计。

• Responsible for all design work needed for different social media platforms, such as weibo background, wechat navigation etc. 负责个社交平台上相应的其他物料更新，如：微博背景，微信导航等。

  
  

• Digital Campaign 数字营销活动

• According to client’s brief, understand brand tonality. Deliver suitable creative ideas which can be execute on social platforms. 根据客户的要求及品牌的调性，发展适当的创意。使其能在社交平台执行并能达成预期的目的。

• Responsible for the related campaign design, such as H5 page, weibo post picture, wechat post picture, minisite page. 负责相关的活动设计，比如H5页面，微博信息配图，微信内容配图，活动网站页面等。

  
  

• E-commerce platforms 电商平台

  
  

• Responsible for e-store pages and banners design in close collaboration with the E-Store Manager for e-operation needs 负责网店各类页面和广告图的设计，与网店经理紧密配合满足电商运营需求。

  
  

• Responsible for all products description page design and updates 负责所有产品描述页面的设计和更新。

  
  

• E-stores visualizing fixture, decoration, management for daily e-operation needs, uploading pages, banners and managing the whole structure. 负责各类网店的视觉装修，美化和管理，以满足日常电子商务运营需要，并对整个店铺的视觉结果进行日常管理。

• Work closely with the E-Store Manager to optimize e-stores’ user flow, filter function and navigation function. 与网店经理紧密协作一起优化网店的用户浏览体验，过滤功能和导航功能。

  
  

• Develop and finalize the layout design of paid e-marketing tools inside e-platforms according to the media buying plan. 根据媒体购买计划，开发和调整电商平台内所购买广告位图片的布局设计和媒体界面。

  
  

• All other e-platforms design work briefed by Digital Brand Management 所有其他的由电商品牌管理层给予的电商平台设计任务。
  

任职要求：

• Have a good art sense and experienced in graphic design and online design具备良好的艺术感，在平面设计，在线设计方面有一定的经验。

• Have a good command of different designing tool, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design, etc. 熟练应用一定的设计基本软件，比如Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design,等等。

• Can take initiatives 能够主动做好工作。
