Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Vitality team to contribute and strengthen the value proposition for new and existing AIA Vitality program partners. In this role you will report to the Senior Manager and facilitate the end-to-end AIA Vitality partner management process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the AIA Vitality product and have strong relationship management skills.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Manage and build deep relationships with AIA Vitality partners

  • Onboard and manage the AIA Vitality program and distribution partnerships

  • Prepare for and present to internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage and negotiate contracts and invoices

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in a discipline such as Health, Marketing, Business Development, Science or Health promotion.

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills

  • Data analytics experience

  • Strong negotiation, problem solving and dispute resolution skills

  • Ability to travel interstate / New Zealand when required
