Vitality Project Manager

• Business case adjustment and execution to deliver the best practical outcomes.
• Lead, guide and manage all related stakeholders to ensure of the best deliverables and timeline (14 workstreams across whole AIA)
• Manage local project governance, e.g. project status update, workstream update, by workstream meeting
• workstream status update / reporting
• keep track of workstream progress
• work closely with local workstreams and stakeholders to ensure all the deliverable are completed per project
• identify, keep track and escalate risks and issues in local context
