Vocal Music Teacher (Choir & Vocal Performance)

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Native English-speaking Vocal Music Teacher to join an international school in Shenzhen. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching vocal music across the school and leading students in choir and vocal performance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Teach vocal music classes across different grade levels
Lead and develop school choir and vocal performance programs
Design engaging lessons in vocal techniques, music theory, and performance skills
Prepare students for concerts, performances, and school events
Support students’ musical growth and confidence
Collaborate with colleagues on arts programs and activities

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant vocal music teaching experience
Teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / equivalent) preferred
Experience leading choirs or vocal ensembles preferred
Strong communication skills and passion for music education
