•Teacher training and support including certification
•Develop curriculum according to Daimler, Dealer and Joint Venture demands. e.g.: new technology/ new skills
•Develop the corresponding training learning project. And to ensure the teaching quality. e.g.: Learning Projects (Mechatronic Project and Painting Project).
•Management and implementation of strategic and tactical vocational training concepts coupled with guidelines, tools and targets to improve and maintain a higher qualification apprentices. e.g.: Daimler Vocational Training Standards (Selection, Development, Quality Control and certification).
2. Joint Venture Qualification Support
•Analyze the current status of blue Collar training system, develop short term exercises & documentation sheets, train supervisors and Multiplicators.
•Establishing certification for Blue Collar Worker,
•Support Joint Venture to establish learning island and to improve the quality of the blue-collar workers.
•Communication and coordination of Training Events with Joint Venture HR for Vocational. e.g.: Open Day, Skills Competition and Training activities.
3. Cooperation School Support
•Monitoring Quality of existing Cooperation schools.
•Support execution of Processes, e.g. New school selection, Teacher selection, Student selection, Job Fair
•Execute School audit
•Use Online platform for operation, training and documentation
