The opportunity:
Maintain and evolve the AIA Voice of Customer programmes.
Support overall Customer Experience Strategy
Lead and inspire the Business to fully recognise our customer needs and opportunities
About the role:
Responsibilities include:
Accountable for implementing, maintaining, and evolving customer experience measurement programmes.
Present findings from customer feedback to tell a clear story to business in a format suited to stakeholders.
Regular Stakeholder reporting
Support the CX strategy and execution to support Business growth
About You:
3 years+ experience in creating Research or generating insights from data
Demonstrable Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communications skills both written and oral
Good interpersonal, stakeholder, and negotiation skills
Understanding of specialist customer experience functions particularly insights, analytics and programme delivery
Experience in managing and performing analytics - including combining survey research with transactional data to perform trend/correlation will be advantageous
