Voyage Bartender

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Check the event forecast, occupancy, reservation status, etc.
• Maintains established par stock of beverages and also Beverages par stock for smooth operation.
• Attend the daily briefing.
• Maintains established par stock for Beverages to ensure that according to hotel standard.
• To have complete knowledge on the beverage / service provided.

• 了解每日宴会预报，住房率，餐厅预定等基本信息
• 维持并制定平均库存量等来确保一个平稳的操作
• 参加每日的餐饮部例会
• 确保按照酒店的标准维持和制定平均库存
• 对于酒水/服务全面的了解
