Job Description
Are you someone who likes to Design and develop, in conjunction with internal support desks, training content for our sales teams to support learning at scale?
Your role will be to manage all the infrastructure and supporting process for the team, including training invitations, registration, attendance, feedback, materials, room reservations and other logistics. Assist in scheduling and organizing trainings across team segments
• Work closely with our sales managers to develop effective and engaging training programs for our current and newly-hired employees
• Maintain relationships with the external and internal training providers
• Coordinate all monthly and quarterly sales and operations trainings with our existing and newly trained financial advisors
• Oversee onboarding of newly hired financial advisors to provide all necessary training documents to transition effectively on to a sales team
• Lead the design and development of curriculum materials (guides, online learning, webinars, assessments) across all delivery mechanisms
• Provide oversight of train-the-trainer sessions
