Responsibilities:
1. Develop product roadmap and long term strategy for a new title’s growth
2. Work with game development studio and internal operation technical support team to prepare launching of new game on our platform on time.
3. Work with marketing team to set up marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
4. Work with Art teams to develop assets from concept to execution that are clear, concise and creative
5. Lead the operation team to run daily operation work, analyze available operation records, plan and drive events based on holidays and player behavior.
6. Respond and handle day-to-day emergency customer service issues

Qualifications:
1. At least 5+ years management skills to operate a game project. Mobile game project experience is preferred.
2. Demonstrated experience in project management, analysis, and the ability to work across multiple teams.
3. Leadership and the ability to defend your ideas/positions.
4. High degree of comfort managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
5. Results oriented, self-motivated.
