Summary

• Establish continuous improvement culture and apply WCM standard across the whole plant.
  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deploy WCM/continuous improvement initiatives and lead the implementation of WCM projects;
• Train and mentor employees in the applications of various WCM tools and methodologies;
• Lay out value stream map and drive and track improvement activities to optimize value stream;
• Establish and track performance metrics that accurately measure and reflect the plant status;
• Lead the standardization activities in terms of meeting, reporting and visual management;

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

o Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment and at least 3 year experience of Lean management;

o Good track record of demonstrated organization and coordination ability;

o Familiar with productivity improvement techniques including the use of problem solving methods

o Effective communication skills and good English level;
