Your duties include but are not limited to :

• Build trust with clients and effectively manage relations
• Develop client base, manage client profile and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced
• Service local Hong Kong market / Mainland China market which based on candidates’ native language
• Responsible for proposal and sale of wealth management, investment, insurance and retirement solution products
• Ensure that the proposed products and services maximize the clients’ needs, goals and objectives

Qualification :

• With over 5 years’ full-time work experience in business development and customer-oriented experience
• Proven previous annual average income over HKD 312,000 ( below 39 years old ) – HKD 450,000 ( below 45 years old )
• Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
• Cantonese and Mandarin will be used in daily written and oral communication at work. Native Cantonese speaker / Mandarin speaker is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, investments, banking concept would highly preferred

Remunerations :

• Comprehensive and systematic ( both online and offline ) training on product knowledge ( eg, corporate financing, fund, trust, etc. ), soft skills ( eg, 1^st time client approach, handle objections, close deal, etc. ), update market trend and other non-finance knowledge ( eg, medical techniques / different kind of illness, law, etc )
• Sponsored licenses fee of new joiners’ required licenses
