WHS VM Manager 2383

to support our Team.

Business Development

• Work in conjunction with WHS Merchandise Management on formulating executional plans for Update & Refresh cycles & support WHS customers accordingly
• Strategically asses VM activities & recommend alternatives/solutions with internal stakeholders
• Ensure & uphold brand integrity
• Analyse merchant reports & make recommendations based on data
• In conjunction with Head of VM ASIA, Marketing, Creative, Architecture & Project teams, ensure required components & production materials are provided for the WHS customers
• Maintain & manage WHS VM budget

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure WHS VM execution according global standards, incl. Building Blocks execution, VM Principles, VM Basics &
• Commercial VM
• Support WHS store openings &Trade meeting set up

Communication

• Build confidence & relationship to WHS partners by communicating inspiring & effectively
• Share all VM related information, monthly Updates & Window Directives & ensure execution according global standards by providing feedback
• Ensure weekly communication with Head of WHS on visual issues & challenges & follow up by action plan
• Conduct customer store visits to ensure VM compliance, consistency & excellence in execution
• Lead & champion new initiatives/business changes. Ensure smooth & effective communication & engagement across the WHS VM team & relevant stakeholders
• Provide Head of VM ASIA with monthly work-schedule & weekly photos of window & in store set ups

People, Training & Development

• Create, lead & uphold ´ ESPRIT´ culture
• Coach, mentor & motivate WHS VMs & customer in-store teams on all aspects of visual merchandising, including merchandise analysis
• In conjunction with Head of VM ASIA, prepare & facilitate visual training workshops
• In conjunction with Head of WHS conduct appraisals with all visual employees & detailed commercial, personal development objectives
• Execute individual assignments at the supervisor´s discretion which are according to their character with the main scope of the job or the need of the organisation
