Do you have a high client service orientation? Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to communicate effectively with a range of people? We are looking for someone like that to:

– provide advice and support to the front business for key activities related to the client off-boarding process
– review incoming requests for client off-boarding understand the complexity of the case and prioritize activities that matter to the front and end client
– engage effectively through multiple communication channels with the front, and back office functions to ensure timely delivery of off-boarding cases
– manage relationships and support positive results with a range of other UBS departments
– monitor allocated Software Robots as a Robot Operator, where necessary
