Job Description
The Onboarding & Maintenance Advisory Team act as a specialist team that provides guidance and assistance on complex Onboarding and Maintenance topics, in particular:
• Provide exclusive hotline support for CST-Heads and PQS
• Support Front Teams/Middle Office colleagues in making assessment of complex account openings and changes in circumstance during the lifecycle of the client relationship, involving specialists where necessary
• Advice on policy and regulatory framework , staying close to any changes/updates and ensuring any internal guidelines are updated in a timely manner
• Collaboration with key partners (Legal/Compliance, Product Specialists etc.)
• Participation in Onboarding related projects in the role as Subject Matter Expert and support of project teams with expert knowledge
This role includes the following activities:
• Review submitted forms & evidence for compliance with classification protocol
• Decide on professional status and set system flag
• Involve Legal and Compliance in marginal cases
• Provide guidance to Client Advisors as to what evidence is required and answer process related questions
