• coordinate a small team of specialists within the WM MO UPay Team. These specialists provide phone advisory and support to the Front Office staff in all matters related to unstructured payments (general advisory, investigations, remediations, etc). Act as primary contact person to different stakeholders (project teams, client advisory, etc).
• act as an entrusted and reliable deputy of the WM MO UPay Team Head
• coordinate post-execution inquiries and investigations in collaboration with front units and Operations, ensuring proper and timely remediation of payments incidents
• prepare regular reportings (QPIs, KPIs) as well as ad-hoc reports for the WM MO / Upay Management
• initiate regular review and update of UPay’s SOPs and cut-off times
• coordinate different automation initiatives around the WM MO Unstructured Payments Process
• run and monitor allocated Software Robots as a Robot Operator and/or Owner, ensuring UBS security standards
