1.按照总部全英文教案要求备课，研读教案，掌握WOW教育理念及教学方法；

2.指导0-5岁的孩子及家长在中心上课，确保课程质量，营造快乐的教学环境。授课语言为英文，采用亲子游戏的形式；授课过程会运用唱歌、声音模仿、肢体语言等技能；

3.严格遵守教案、教具设备管理规定；

4.根据课程及中心需求准备教具、布置教室、辅助中心环创；

5.举办各类中心内外的市场活动，会员活动，可按照策划案执行或创编新活动；

6.在中心热情友善地与家长和孩子互动,游戏，建立良好的联系，提供专业咨询及课堂反馈；

7.与家长沟通孩子的发展, 以当面, 电话, 微信、讲座等方式进行。

job responsibilities ]
