Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketer to lead the formation of
our media, insights and marketing measurement center of excellence.
This candidate has the opportunity to join a dynamic marketing organization
poised for transformation with media and analytics at the heart of the
capability set. We are looking for a self-starting senior leader who has a
proven track record of being able to set up high performing teams that scale
globally.
This ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of driving change and tangible
impact in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
The ideal candidate will design, develop and build the capabilities of this
organization. This candidate must be fluent in all aspects of research;
quantitative and qualitative, creative assessment and optimization and
research design. This candidate will have deep expertise in media and will
set the forward strategy for our company vis-à-vis the optimal modern media
model. This could contemplate in-house and external agency resources so
experience in both areas is a requirement. This candidate should also be
fluent in data and analytics being able to link insight development, media
performance/ mix modeling and other KPIs to ROI modeling.
\- Collaborate with partner agencies on measurement, tracking and optimization
strategies that address the entire customer journey across B2B and B2C
environments.
\- Advance our understanding of the consumer experience throughout that
journey and identify opportunities for improvement.
\- Champion new ways of thinking about how to measure performance in
challenging situations and work with all parties to implement solutions

#### Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree MBA in Marketing preferred
• 15 - 20+ years’ experience in insights, media and analytics/ROI skill sets
• Proven Global experience
• Experience in establishing new capabilities / organizations and effectively
scaling them
• Deep experience in both B2C and B2B
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Heavy digital experience – display, audio, video, social, search
Preferred Qualifications:
\- MBA
• Ability to work in a multi-layered matrixed organization
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive action
• Agency and client-side experience
