Position Description:
The WW OEM controller is responsible for any kind of I&E related financial
impact of this new growth area.
Key activities are:
\- Driving the WW OEM business to achieve aspirational targets (Growing NA
business further and supporting the business team on setting up OEM business
in all other Geos)
\- Expense management (controlling the aggressive HC hiring process during
F1920 in order to not overspend vs approved business case)
\- Financial forecasting (Lead cycle forecast discussion to ensure exec team
has a good view on the progress)
\- I&E control: Leading the I&E consolidation process to be able to reflect
accurate financials
\- Working with the rest of the commercial finance team to ensure no
disconnect on financial setup
\- Working with the business teams to create an automated process on the
financial flow of the OEM business to avoid manual tracking of businesss

Position Requirements:
Good understanding of financial I&E and drivers,
deep EXCEL knowledge
good understanding of financial systems (ECC, EBR, BPC,...)

Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
