Position Description: The WW Services Program Manager will help manage the creation and expansion of Lenovo Services initiatives across all regions and segments worldwide.  This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure that business objectives and P&L targets are met. The individual should use their experience, operations analysis skills, creative thinking and ability to draw on past business experience to provide creative and thoughtful solutions to these issues.   This position requires the individual to be a part of an Offerings Development Team and work efficiently and effectively with Service Delivery, Procurement, Operations, Geography Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance team members to deliver leadership offerings on-time.  Individuals will have the opportunity to work with and influence a variety of WW stakeholders to drive transformational projects. #### Position Requirements: Expected to analyze and manage project detail while simultaneously aligning the “big picture” project priorities with the priorities of the company and customer. Manages multiple transformation projects simultaneously Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key extended teams including regional Services teams, Services Delivery, Corporate Marketing and PC hardware product teams Identifies project problems (and/or risks) in advance so that they do not create barriers to progress.
