IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. We are seeking a Software Solutions Specialist responsible for product training, deal registrations, sales reports and programs, and marketing: • Product Training – Learn about new and existing products and teach other reps about products along with the Google Workspace team. Introduce and teach other reps about the products. Frequently train new hires and senior representatives on all Google Workspace programs and discounts. • Deal registrations – Register all deals that meet the minimum requirements for Google deal registration and follow up on registered deals, keep a sales pipeline with all stages. • Sales Reports – Create a report to review YOY, and WOW. The report will track sales out in revenue, top 20 upcoming deals with highlights of new business opportunities, and total selling reps. • Sales Programs - Help manage sales contests or compensation programs. • Marketing – Help maintain marketing activities on track and track the success of the activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work directly with our clients and sales managers to drive go to market activities • Communicate directly with sales and sales leadership to understand requirements and assess opportunities • Proactively pursue new business opportunities with sales to support goals and objectives • Leverage partnerships to enhance sales in the company’s core software areas • Generate and provide sales pipeline reporting • Assist with software fulfillment education and problem resolution • Coordinate with the Operations, Engineering, and Marketing teams as needed #### Position Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree • 2+ years in handling software and or sales support function • Experienced in MS Office Suite PREFERRED: • Significant – preferably substantial – knowledge of technologies • Strategic and analytical skills as they pertain to sales strategies and operations • Communication and Interpersonal skills both written and verbal • Ability to communicate up and down the organization with impeccable follow- up • Overall knowledge of marketing is a plus • Evening working availability We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
