工作职责:

1. Support Wafer Sort test site setup and qualification to meeting business requirement.

2. Support NPI, ownership for test process setup and product qualification.

3. Sustain product, continuously improve test yield through test hardware/software improvement and product/die performance improvement; timely dispose and close line abnormal case within target, and provide total solution for future prevention through co-work with cross function teams.

4. Continuously drive TTR and test cost down through test method optimization and total test/process solution development, without quality impact to customers.

5. Continuously detect testing and process weakness, and provide total systematic solutions for future prevention through effective automation and error proofing method implementation.

6. Well manage test program and ensure no risk for mass production.

7. Perform yield and test data analysis and draw out conclusion from the analysis done.

8. Support new hardware/software evaluation to determine its suitability for use within the organization.

9. Provide technical expertise to teams working on ways to improve a process or solve a problem.

10. Generate or update work procedures and specifications to reflect the current process.

11. Ensure work procedures conform to company, customers and international quality standards, including environmental quality standard and social responsibility requirement.

12. Provide testing related training to operations and other department staff.

13. Lead or be a member of a project team to implement new methods, process/yield/quality improvements, , TTR, procedures, applications or concepts.

14. Ensure compliance to ISO/TS 16949, and ESH requirement.

15. Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager/director.

任职资格:

2. Qualifications:

a) Education: Bachelor degree, or Equivalent;

b) Major: Semiconductor, Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Telecommunication engineering and etc;

c) Requirements: Familiar with UNIX, LINUX , DOS system, C, C++ and Flash Memory product related experience is preferred, especially for NAND product testing experience.

d) Language: Chinese and English.

e) Other Requirements: Excellent in interpersonal communications, comprehensive ability in analyzing and solving problems.
