Job responsibilities:

• Liaises with the Facilities Management, Front Office and other departments for Wardrobe, Linen & Laundry related issues
• Handling of all linen & uniform: collecting, receiving, distributing and inventorying
• Handling of all guest laundry requests such as collection, cleaning, delivery, charging and inventorying
• Maintain effective record and filling systems
• Manage Time Manager, operation of HotSOS and Opera system.

Job requirements:

• 1 year’s experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Working knowledge of Opera System, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating systems.
