Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate, assign, supervise and check the daily performance of Wardrobe & Linen attendant and Seamstress
• Inspect Wardrobe & Linen areas of the relevant floors routinely throughout the day as per established
• department standards, consistent with the MGM Company’s standards and brand attributes
• Perform inventory and monitor stock of uniform, linen, terry, etc.
• Delegate tasks to the appropriate colleagues, retain overall accountability; remain supportive and avoid unnecessary interference
• Monitor staff work progress and performance; provide feedback to all staff; handle disciplinary problems and counsel and coach staff as necessary

Job requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
• English preferable
• Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating systems
