Responsibilities ( 主要職責 )

• Assist and monitor the flow of goods, such as assisting in the delivery of goods, receiving goods and inventory. (協助及監察貨物出入流程如協助貨物運送,收貨及貨物盤點等)
• Responsible for daily warehouse operations and inventory documents of goods to accurately record the stock of goods (負責日常倉務運作及貨物的庫存文件以準確紀錄貨物存量)
• always Keep the warehouse tidy (時刻保持貨倉整潔)
• Set-up some security, safety and logistics rules (制定一些保安,安全及物流規則)
• Work closely with other departments in processing warehouse daily enquiries and problems (與其他部門密切合作,處理倉庫日常查詢和問題)
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management (履行管理層指定的任何其他職責)

Requirements ( 職位要求 )
Secondary level or above

3-5 years or above warehouse management and logistics operation experience

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Strong communication skills with an analytical mind & project managed skills is highly regarded

Positive, enthusiastic & solution-driven, able to work under pressure.
