Job Duties:

• Process full set of warehouse document
• Data entry to the Warehouse System
• Ensure the smoothness and efficiency of warehouse document flow, and proceed according to the SOP
• Order follow up, with coordinate between subcontractors and different departments
• 處理倉務文件流程
• 更新倉庫系統資料
• 確保倉務文件流程流暢及有效率, 並根據指定操作流程執行
• 跟進訂單, 與客戶, 外判承辦商及公司其他部門溝通, 根據指示安排操作

Requirement Details:

• F.5/Diploma graduated, with working experience in logistics, warehouse or transportation industry;
• At least 3 years working experience in warehouse operation and document processing;
• Independent, self-Motivated and disciplinary;
• Good at communication, attach importance to team work;
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications, and Warehouse System;
• Ability to type in both Chinese and EnglishWlling to travel;
• Good command of English and Chinese
• 中五畢業或以上, 必須有物流, 倉庫及運輸工作經驗
• 最少三年倉庫操作及文件處理經驗
• 獨立, 自發性強, 有紀律
• 良好溝通技巧, 重視團隊精神
• 熟識電腦 Excel, Word, Outlook等及倉庫系統操作
• 懂中英文打字
• 語言能力: 廣東話, 普通話及英文
