What you will do

This person will join our TEPG Warehouse team in Hong Kong to ensure the smooth operations of our warehouse and goods transactions.

How you will do it

• In charge of the receipts and delivery of physical goods
• Ensure safe packaging for the transportation of goods
• Perform the periodic physical inventory count and ensure the inventory integrity
• Proper storage and identification of the inventory
• Optimize the warehouse space utilization
• Warehouse housekeeping and tidiness
• Perform incoming & outgoing inventory transaction on ERP system
• Maintain systematic filing & documentation for audit trail
• Liaise with customer/forwarder for collection
  

What we look for

Required

• F. 5 / DSE or above
• 1 to 2 years’ working experience in fast paced warehouse environment and in using Mechanical Handling Equipment
• Written in English and Mandarin speaking
• Experience in using ERP system for warehouse transactions would be an advantage

• Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and proactive attitudes
• Willing to work over-time if necessary
• Able to adhere to and practice safety work instruction
