Role Responsibility:

• Review and give the direction to out-sourcing warehouse and delivery strategies and SOP to optimize capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs to achieve the KPIs
• Plan and manage the allocation of manpower and resources based on business needs to ensure efficient logistics (warehouse and distribution) operations
• Lead own fleet team and monitor outsource delivery trucks to ensure smooth daily delivery plan, and effective manpower deployment to optimize high level of service and costs.
• Monitor and review logistics (warehouse and distribution) costs, work flow and provide solution to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Service etc) to support business development and transformation projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma or above (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management)
• Min 4 years' experience in logistics function with ability to manage sizable team of operators. Able to manage and motivate a professional delivery team.
• Good command of English being desirable
• Good in MS Word / Excel 
• Work experience in SAP or logistics system is an asset.
• Independent, flexible and adaptable to change, and passionate about challenges
• Immediately available or short notice preferred.
