Supervise a team of service contract /people deputed by service provider Responsible for activities like Unloading of material , counting of material, material movement within the plant/warehouse and storage of material at defined locations Material kitting and supply at different work stations of Production Line as per Production plan Usage of kitting, replenishment strategies to supply the material on line Update SAP records for all the parts issued /supplied on production line Packing of Finished Goods Manage storage of Finished Goods Loading of Finished Goods in vehicles as per dispatch plan/dispatch instructions Follow and ensure KPI's, 100% OTIF in material supply to production line, 5S in warehouse, receiving, FG stores, packing area, 100% adherence to defined processes, compliance of EHS activities, Creation and maintenance of documentation required for EHS/ISO audits like SOP, HIRA sheet etc. Collaborate with cross functional team members from Production, BA, Quality, Logistics and EHS Regular check on accuracy of stock -Perpetual Inventory and 100% physical stock counting at least twice a year We don't need superheroes, just super minds! Candidate should be a Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical/Production/Electrical with 1-3 years of work experience in warehouse operation, packing, dispatch, outbound logistics Hands on experience in SAP-MM/WM will be an added advantage Team player and team management WE’VE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER.
