This 2nd shift position will have direct responsibility for leading warehouse processes, coordinating the materials supply chain and finished goods inventory processes for multiple devices/parts and support products to satisfy customer demand. The incumbent is also accountable for assisting the supervisor in maintaining quality system compliance. The primary internal customer’s of this position are the leaders within the RIMR Operations organization as well as the global Philips Respironics distribution network. on 2nd shift 2:45pm- 10:45pm

You are responsible for:

  • Responsible for coordinating, staffing, training, receiving, shipping and warehouse processes and procedures for part and finished good products in an FDA and ISO regulated warehouse environment.

  • Interact with and be the primary contact for QA, QC, Marketing, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service, Document Control, and CDRLC with regard to pilot runs, new products and parts, reworks, ECOs, forecasts, and process flow issues.

  • Be responsible for developing and training warehouse clerks, Inventory counts/cycle counts when needed, expediting components from stock, printing and placing documentation / re-certifications, scrap reporting, lot tracking, kanban, material movements, rejects, scrap reporting, daily backorder reporting, daily sales reporting, and attending project meetings.

  • Record and display warehouse performance data and own Daily Management.

  • Assist supervisor with staffing requirements to meet build plans.

  • A review of stock out parts, plant transfers, wip counts and Nproc reporting, BIDA releases, signal reporting and transaction errors.

  • Attend to capacity reports, remote warehouse locations, shelf life audits, safety and equipment issues, PO reporting, cost collectors, and usage and account movements.

  • Have a working knowledge of departmental procedures and administrative activities.

  • Strive for continuous improvement, be team oriented, communicate suggestions and concerns, generate solutions, be flexible, and provide positive interaction and feedback with peers and internal departments at meetings.

  • Ability to drive Continuous Improvement in everyday actions

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ year of experience working within manufacturing or warehousing

  • Experience safely and diligently operating a Forklift and Stock Picker (preferred)

  • Basic Computer skills required; Microsoft Office and SAP

  • Must possess positive and respectful attitude, work well with others, maintain a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, be adaptable and be safety conscious.

  • Physical Requirements; this position requires the ability to move on a continuous basis in order to efficiently get to various work areas, frequent lifting up to 60 pounds and the ability to reach and ability to use fine manipulation skills

  • The ability to read, speak and understand the English language is required in order to interpret the work instructions, procedures necessary to perform work tasks and comprehend the documents that comprise our Quality System, in order to comply with FDA regulations
