The primary responsibility of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager is to successfully lead our ANZ Warehouse and Logistics Operation, by providing leadership to the team and optimising our operations to ensure efficient flow of goods and materials. The role will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, controlling inventory, developing and implementing policies, overseeing our international logistics and liaising with our logistics providers, with a core focus on building a high performing culture, to deliver an efficient operation that meets the service expectations of our customers. In addition, the role will work closely with key stakeholders and management across the business to uphold Eaton's reputation for excellence in customer service and satisfaction. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Managing and Leading the Warehouse and Logistics Operations Creating and Leading a High Performance Culture, focused on continual improvement. Responsible for the Warehouse/Logistics Health and Safety programme, to ensure compliance to Eaton and Legislation. Managing general trade compliance, Warehousing and Logistics Developing, implementing and managing warehouse/logistics policies, procedures and systems Direct development, maintenance, and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group strategic initiatives Developing Warehouse and Logistics Strategies and Annual Profit Plans Goals and Objectives, KPI and Dashboards Total cost of ownership, driving efficiency and improvements within operations Training and Development Audit and Compliance, Warehousing and Logistics Commercial reviews and negotiations Supplier relationship management and business reviews Warehouse Design and Optimisation Inventory accuracy and optimisation Collaboration with Stakeholder and Eaton Divisions Creating a Sustainable Warehouse Operations Other related tasks and duties as determined by Management Qualifications Territory qualification or equivalent More than 10 years warehouse and logistics experience SAP or similar ERP system, international freight, warehouse management systems, API and EDI applications, import processes and compliance Strong Leadership skills, with excellent communication and relationship skills.
