Job Description
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the correct issuance of documents and correct accounting entries and the inter-warehouse flows of the company’s property in line with the applicable accounting procedures in Bayer Sp. z o.o.
•Responsible for providing customers, particularly their drivers, with correct and complete documents essential for transporting dangerous goods and resulting from ADR regulations
•Calculates data for an annual report on the loading and unloading of dangerous goods for a DGSA advisor
•Jointly responsible for the current inspection of the stock levels of goods, particularly for keeping their quantitative record, quality of supplies, expiry date and compatibility of batch numbers between the actual state and accounting entries
•Prepares shipment for samples for approval tests to the Crop Protection Institute in Sośnicowice,
•Responsible for the collection and recycling of empty packaging from crop protection agents - introduces packaging specifications into Waste Monitoring application, calculates the weight of marketed packaging for PSOR and Remondis, submits reports to the Polish authority, updates BDO system
•Responsible for the shipment of vouchers for big farms - operates a program for the shipment of vouchers, issues orders and invoices in the SAP system, arranges transport directly to farms
•Responsible for preparation of commercial co-packs in SAP system.
Who You Are:
•Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics
•Experience in a similar SCM position
•Discipline in operational excellence
•Team player
•Verbal and written communication skills in English & Polish
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) and experience with SAP (SD and WM modules)
•Driving License
