Objective of Job:

Sorting KS orders and Optimize KS orders for cutting machines regarding the production plan.

Supply Sub-assembly area with production orders (job cards) and collect data regarding the production progress

Cooperate in optimization in the KS and VK area

Principle Activities:

Be in charge of the BDE/KS Sort in DEC.

Key user of KSinfo and Bsinfo system in DEC.

Optimize the KS orders to the cutting machines and ensure the less setup time.

Monitor the status of the different jobs in production and collect the finishing information in production area.

Coordinating with production and other department to make sure each group should be done on time according to group master to avoid bottlenecks.

Take care of the daily production process meeting.

Ensure the adherence of work instructions.

Make the effective training for his/her team member.

Job and Work Requirements:

Good English language ability

University degree in business administration or similar field.

Minimum 3 year job experience in the field of Logistics.

Well advanced in electronic data processing (Microsoft Office)

Well advanced in electronic data processing (Microsoft Office)

Sound knowledge of MRP systems

Ability to understand and interpret logistics processes (e.g. JIT processes, customer specific ordering)

Good English language ability

Able to take stress and good communication skills
