职责描述：

1. 根据公司的生产、订单能力，监控货物存储情况，确保货物安全存储；

According to the company's production capacity and order ability, monitoring goods storage and make sure the cargo security;

2. 通过对录入单据的复查监控机制，保持ERP系统数据的准确性；

Through the review and recheck of documents, maintain the ERP system data accuracy;

3. 采取有效措施，保证材料库及成品库的仓储环境条件；

Take effective measures to ensure that the raw material and FG warehouse environmental conditions;

4. 仓库相关报表的制作和分析；

Warehouse relative report making and analyzing;

5. 制订材料库及成品库的管理制度和管理方法，并负责具体实施；

Setup Raw material and FG warehouse management policy and method, make sure it be executed carefully;

6. 制定和执行部门及员工的绩效考核；

Setup and execute the KPI of the department and staffs;

7. 月度及年度盘点的监督和执行，确保物料帐、料、卡一致；

Monitor and execute the Monthly and annually stock check, make sure the alignment of account, physical and card;

8. 仓储部日常管理工作、团队建设及人员能力培养；

Warehouse daily work management, team building and training;

9. 与内部采购，计划，IQC等各部门保持良好的沟通协调；配合采购部门进行不良品的退运处理；

Co-work with buyer to return the defects timely;

任职要求：

1.专科及以上学历，物流、供应链类相关专业

College degree or above, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain etc.

2.五年或以上相关工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经验者优先考虑

5 years or above relative experience;

3.熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范，有ERP系统操作经验

Familiar with warehouse procedure, and know about the logistics equipments ‘usage and maintenance, have the experience in ERP;

4.具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，抗压性佳

Have good responsibility and team work spirits, can take the pressure;

路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-供电所-公司 (8:10-8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30-17:00 或 8:45-17:15
