  • Strategy and Capability
    1. Plan and coordinate activities day-to-day/month-to-month to achieve results and standards expected
    2. Ensure available resources are used effectively across the business

    1. Take initiative to identify growth opportunities and innovative new ways of doing business
    2. Provide direct leadership to effectively deploy innovative practices and technologies leading to significant growth in business

    1. Set and manage standards and performance expectations for front line or work group leadership to ensure the highest standards of excellence in customer service, reliability and efficiency, and sustainability in safety and environmental performance.
    2. Ensure systems are used and people are trained to achieve the highest standards of safety and operational excellence
    3. Contribute to improvement of systems, processes and standards, and to sustainability in safety and environmental performance
  • Maximising Profitability and Return on Capital
    1. Maximise profitability through leading the day-to-day performance of an end-to-end work or operational process
  • Putting the Customer First
    1. Make sure front line or work group leadership have a customer first mindset and the operation is set up to put the customer first especially when linking with other operations or businesses to provide the service.
    2. Read customer situations accurately, anticipate their business needs and identify opportunities to significantly enhance the breadth and quality of the service experience
    3. Recognise people when they put the customer first
