• Direct and manage warehouse operations for receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse management using the operating system in use at the facility
• Direct and prioritize the daily activities of Material Handlers and Shipping/Receiving personnel
• Oversee the clearing of production line and transporting of product back into inventory
• Maintain month-to-month inventory of work-in-process product and finished goods
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, including stretch film, poly bags, shrinks, glue and any consumable materials needed
• Maintain cycle counts, printouts and corrections and prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory
• Coordinate activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner
• Schedule labor to maximise productivity and reduce overtime
• Ensure an orderly maintained stock within the warehouses

• Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
• Problem solving abilities
• Computer proficiency, especially with Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Prior supervisory experience required
