主要工作职责及内容:

• Develop WH policy, procedure and SOP to guide and manage each 3PL warehouse to follow and implement in daily work without any distortion.
• Improve WH operation efficiency, maximum WH capacity, expedite inventory turnover and optimize operation cost via lean methodology.
• KPI review on regular basis and continuously improvement.
• Ensure WH operation upon safety and quality compliance. Set up excellent safety and quality behavior culture in WH team.
• Manage repacking planning, ensure efficient VAS operation to meet demand requirement.
• Manage actively communication with functional departments to (1) define and implement high quality repacking method. (2) proactively plan the promotion mechanism/range process/supplier delivery schedule.
• Be responsible for WH team expense control.
• Develop and follow materials purchase policy and procedure to guide and implement purchase activity with Purchasing team to meet operation request.
• Ensure materials/services have competitive cost vs. market price, reviewing bidding and PO process to ensure Abbott expenditures are reasonable and controlled by budget.
• Support related departments and purchasing team to conduct supplier management process, such as supplier evaluation, audit, visit, complaint, corrective action and preventive action, score card etc.
• Integrity and comply with company ethic standard.
• Team member coach and development.

职位具体要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in logistics preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in warehousing management, 8 years experiences in management position in large-scale warehouse logistics operation will be preferred.   Food, Nutritional, Pharmaceutical industrial or other FMCG industrial preferred.
• Strong QA mindset.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics operations, quality control and account management.
• Lead more than 10 people for more than five years.
• Strong communication skill and cross-groups coordinative abilities.
• Inventory system management & improvement.
• 3PL management experience.
• Good command of English both in reading and written.
• Comply with the personnel health requirements for national food safety regulation.
